Are Rogues Hostile To Scavs? [Solved]
The Rogues are on guard duty at the water treatment plant, keeping an eye out for any troublemakers. They’ll shoot first and ask questions later if they spot anyone getting too close, but they’re a bit more lenient with USEC PMCs and Scavs. As long as USEC don’t try to get into the plant, they should be okay - unless they’re hanging out with a BEAR PMC, then all bets are off!
