Can A Septum Hole Get Bigger? [Solved]
Well, it’s pretty common for these nasal septal perforations to get bigger. See, the turbulent airflow causes a build-up of crust and stuff around the edges of the hole. This can wear away at it, making it bigger and bigger. Yikes!
